Refund Policy

At Chalet & Stone Boutique Retreat Spa, our goal is to provide an exceptional experience with every service. Because our treatments are time-based and reserved exclusively for you, refunds for completed services are not available.

If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we may issue a refund in the form of a spa gift card equal to the value of the original service. Gift card refunds must be used within 30 days of issue and may be applied toward any service on our menu.

Refunds for retail products are only available on unopened items in resalable condition, returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

This policy is designed to protect the integrity of our scheduling, ensure fairness to all clients, and allow us to continue offering a high standard of care.
