By accessing and using the Chalet & Stone Boutique Retreat Spa website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between our spa and our clients.

Appointments and Bookings
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. A valid credit or debit card may be required to secure your reservation. By booking an appointment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Clients who fail to show up for an appointment may be charged the full cost of the service.

Payments
Payment for services and products is due at the time of your appointment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods listed on our booking platform. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information during intake. This ensures treatments are safe and effective. Certain conditions may require a doctor’s note or postponement of services. Our staff reserves the right to decline or modify services if they may compromise client health or therapist safety.

Professional Boundaries
All services at Chalet & Stone Boutique Retreat Spa are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Inappropriate conduct, solicitation, or harassment will result in immediate termination of the session, full charges applied, and authorities notified if necessary.

Products and Returns
Product purchases are non-refundable once opened. Unopened products in resalable condition may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt.

Gift Certificates and Packages
Gift certificates and prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be redeemed by the expiration date. They may not be exchanged for cash but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

Liability
Chalet & Stone Boutique Retreat Spa and its licensed professionals are not responsible for any adverse reactions to treatments or products if accurate health information is not disclosed by the client. By receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with massage, facials, and spa treatments.

This website and its content are the property of Chalet & Stone Boutique Retreat Spa. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of text, images, or branding elements is prohibited.
